We hope you enjoy your order. In the instance that youmay need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at Baytree in Berrima.

ONLINE PURCHASES

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

• The item(s) are returned to, and received by, our store within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Item(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.

• Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note – We do not accept returns on any SALE items.

Baytree in Berrima reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply and aresubject to alterations and cancellations as per our returns policy.

Baytree in Berrima are not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend sending your item via atraceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable andcharges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES INSTORE

We offer you the opportunity to return your order in store.

• Please return Baytree in Berrima items to our store.

Please Note – We do not accept returns on any SALE items, Jewellery, Giftware, and Art Works.

INSTORE PURCHASES

REFUNDS

You are able return your item in store and receive a full refund to the original payment method only if the item is not fit for purpose otherwise we are happy to exchange for other items to the same value.

• Items must be returned within 7 days or purchasing in store or 14 days for any online purchase. You must provide proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

You are able to exchange your item in store or receive a credit note.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchasing in store or receiving your order online.

• You must provide proof of purchase.

Please Note – We do not accept returns on any SALE items. We will be happy to assist on a size exchange on a sale item.
