Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number. We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
